Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS

  1. Please be specific and clear on your preferences on how I will work on the commission. Provide as much references as possible.

  2. Please be respectful and be mindful of personal boundaries. Any ill behavior that makes me uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

PAYMENT

  • Prices are all in US dollars.

  • I will only accept payments through Paypal only.

  • I will not accept any other form of payment (gift cards, game currencies).

  • You will pay 50% upfront before starting and the other 50% on the finished product. You may also pay full price at your convenience.

  • No refunds once I finished doing the lineart coloring the sketch.

PROCESS

  1. I will provide: Initial sketch for approval and updates at major stages (lineart, color, rendering)

  2. You may request up to 2 revisions at each stage. Extra revisions may cost extra.

  3. Estimated completion time: [timeframe, e.g., 1–4 weeks] depending on complexity and queue order.

  4. If delays occur, I will notify you.

USAGE POLICY

  • Client Rights:

  • You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.

  • Personal use includes: icons, social media headers, printing for yourself, posting with proper credit.

  • I retain:

  • All copyright to the artwork

  • The right to display the artwork in my social media or commission examples.

  • If you want the artwork kept private, please request this beforehand

  • you CANNOT put my art through any kind of AI learning for image generation. I refuse any use of my work for AI.
